Come along to the newly refurbished basement at Dora House,home to the Royal Society of Sculptors,to learn about willow weaving and create your own beautiful platter using British grown, natural materials.

You will learn a number of different basketry weaving techniques and we will discuss the sustainable,tactile qualities of coppiced willow and it's different applications.

A perfect introduction to this heritage craft,suitable for beginners and artists wishing to explore new materials.

Good manual dexterity is needed.
